About me

Choosing a counsellor is a personal decision. You deserve to work with someone you feel safe with — someone who listens with care, respect, and genuine understanding.

My approach is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers. At its heart is a simple but powerful belief: when we are met with empathy, acceptance, and authenticity, we naturally move towards growth and healing.

This philosophy shapes not only how I work, but who I am as a therapist.

I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, which provides a comprehensive professional foundation in person-centred practice and ethical counselling work.

I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Behavioural Change, which deepens my understanding of how patterns, habits, and life experiences influence the way we think, feel, and respond to the world.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), and I adhere to their ethical framework to ensure safe, professional, and confidential practice.

I engage in ongoing professional development and regular supervision to maintain high standards of care and reflective practice.

I support the work of Number 22 in Maidenhead, working with a small number of clients on a voluntary basis.

My Approach

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.

Simple ideas

Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.

Lasting impact

We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
